Production Flow

Competuer to plate (CTP)
We have advanced equipment of CTP. In this process, an image created in a desktop publishing (DTP) application is output directly to a printing plate.
Printing
With advanced printing machines of Heidelberg 6+1C, our output of printing sheets is 9 million pcs monthly.
Post processing
The post processing involves sheet lamination, surface treatment, die-cutting and box-gluing. The surface treatment includes UV/Spot UV, film laminating, embossing or debossing, gold/silver foil.
